I'm moving to Atlanta in a few days with my girl friend and she going to georgia state university,are there any community colleges near by ?

I attend a high standard college for sciences in Philadelphia and the academics are worth the money, but I am not happy there and I need a change before my sophmore year starts, What should I do.
